The FlowPaw™ sensor automatically activates the fountain when your pet approaches. After your pet moves away, the fountain switches off automatically after approximately 30 seconds.

How often should I replace the filter?

For best performance, we recommend replacing the filter approximately once a month. Your FlowPaw™ Starter Kit includes 4 replacement filters to help you get started.

We recommend cleaning the water pump approximately once a month. Regular cleaning helps maintain proper water flow and can help extend the life of the pump.
